In Welwyn Hatfield we don’t just talk big: we’re the biggest landlord in the area, with 9,000 rented and 1,300 leasehold homes. Experienced in social housing and fully versed in property maintenance, you will bring broad knowledge of partnering contracts, statutory regulations for buildings, and building safety compliance best practice.
The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post.
